The House Coordinator leads our Assistant team in fostering L’Arche values and providing quality care to Core Members (adults with intellectual disabilities who live in our eastside home). The House Coordinator creates the staff schedule, supervises Assistants, provides direct care, and ensures that our care complies with licensing regulations.

Assistants live outside of our homes and work with the other Assistants and the Leadership Team to create and support community life in our homes. Assistants provide direct caregiving support while building meaningful relationships with adults with intellectual disabilities.
